There is no upfront listing fee. We take a small service fee only when a booking is completed.

We will ask for a contact email, payout details and confirmation that you can honour the cancellation policy shown on your listing.

Submit a listing enquiry and our team will review your studio details. We typically respond within two working days.

Once approved, your room goes live on 308 Connect and you can start receiving booking requests from artists across the UK.

Keep your listing accurate, respond to enquiries promptly and maintain the space to the standard shown in your photos.

Repeated complaints about misleading listings or last-minute cancellations may result in removal from the platform.
