Verified listings
Studios are reviewed before they appear on 308 Connect. We check core session details, equipment claims and pricing so listings reflect what you will actually get on the day.
If a room does not match its listing in a material way, we will work with you to resolve the booking — including rebooking or refund where appropriate.
Transparent pricing
Hourly rates are shown before you enquire. There is no platform markup on the room rate — you pay for the studio, not a surprise stack of booking fees.
Cancellation terms are displayed up front. Most rooms include free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session starts.
Secure payments
Payments are processed through trusted providers with encryption in transit. Card details are not stored on 308 Connect servers.
Hosts receive payouts after completed sessions according to the schedule agreed when they join the platform.

For urgent issues during a session, contact support through your booking confirmation email and we will prioritise the request.
